Exteriors 1st is a family-owned small business and has served the community of South Carolina since 1985. We have had the pleasure of serving nearly 6,000 customers in our 40 years of business. It is no accident that more than 50% of our new customers are referred to us by previous customers.
We take pride in only offering the best products to our customers—James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding, Marvin windows and doors, and TimberTech decks—and employing the most skilled craftsmen in the construction industry. For James Hardie, we are the only Elite Preferred Contractor in the state of Arkansas, and for Marvin and TimberTech.
